The FERRO Group is one of the largest producers and distributors of sanitary and installation fittings and a leading supplier of comprehensive systems in the segment of modern heat source management with over 30 years of experience in the industry on international markets.
The group is among the largest providers of solutions in the segment of managing economic water consumption and ecological heat sources in Central Europe. FERRO operates mainly in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania and Portugal.

Currently, as part of the new organizational structure in the Group Sales Department in Poland, we are looking for an employee for the position:
Sales Director – Poland

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies (for Ferro S. A. Termet S.A., Heating Polska Sp. z o. o.) in accordance with the Ferro Group's goals;
  • Coordinate and manage the sales teams in Poland companies considering the organizational structure;
  • Supervise the comprehensive sales process, encompassing prospecting, customer acquisition, and relationship management;
  • Continuously monitor market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive activities. Utilize market analyses to refine strategies and identify new growth opportunities;
  • Develop and manage sales budgets. Monitor expenses and ensure operational efficiency in the sales domain;
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Tailor sales and marketing activities to customer preferences.
Our requirements
  • Experience in sales management in Poland in the plumbing, heating or sanitary industry;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies, driving revenue growth;
  • Development and execution of comprehensive sales plans in alignment with overarching business objectives;
  • Strong leadership, team management and synergy building skills;
  • Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence and build credibility with teams and customers;
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making;
  • English language skills at a minimum of B2 level.
