The group is among the largest providers of solutions in the segment of managing economic water consumption and ecological heat sources in Central Europe. FERRO operates mainly in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania and Portugal.

Currently, we are looking for an employee for the position:

Product Manager

Key responsibilities

managing a product group within the Ferro product range;
developing and implementing a market and pricing strategy for products;
participating in the process of introducing new products to the market;
leading projects associated within new product development;
conducting ongoing and periodic market analysis;
supporting sales through product training and consultancy;
conducting product training for employees and customers;
overseeing the accuracy of product information and updating it in databases.

Our requirements

minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position related to managing a designated product group in the interior equipment industry;
strong results orientation, focused on process optimization and achieving business goals;
high interpersonal skills – negotiating, multi-department cooperation;
presentation skills;
ability to collecting, transfering and verifying data;
knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);
knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level, enabling fluent communication in an international business environment.
