The group is among the largest providers of solutions in the segment of managing economic water consumption and ecological heat sources in Central Europe. FERRO operates mainly in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary and Lithuania.

 

Currently, due to the development of the Ferro Group, we are looking for a person for the position:

Group Brands Activation Coordinator

Key responsibilities
  • Building strong and consistent brands and company communication by translating values, business strengths, and strategic initiatives into engaging stories;
  • Supporting brands development initiatives, including rebranding projects and long-term company storytelling;
  • Turning Group-level marketing strategies into real actions that make a difference across markets;
  • Collaborating with HR on employer branding and internal communication;
  • Coordinating communication for new launches, strategic Group projects and internal initiatives;
  • Ensure consistency of trade marketing actions, e.g. display standards, POS materials, and sales activations across all Group markets;
  • Organizing central events and trade fairs, combining communication and trade marketing competencies where needed;
  • Working closely with sales, local marketing teams, HR, and external agencies - because effective marketing is built on collaboration.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in B2B and B2C marketing within an international organization;
  • Ability to integrate brands communication into one coherent, centrally coordinated approach;
  • Creativity combined with analytical thinking and the ability to turn insights into action;
  • Proactive, action-oriented mindset with strong ownership and initiative;
  • Strong results orientation with well-developed organizational and time-management skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international environment;
  • Very good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • English at B2 level or higher.
