Mission / Purpose
We are looking for a highly skilled Global Recruiter to build and run a world‑class global sourcing and recruiting engine that supports local HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers across all FERRO markets.
The Global Recruiter proactively maps talent markets, identifies and approaches high‑caliber candidates, and delivers strong, diverse shortlists aligned with business needs. This role is critical in strengthening FERRO’s long‑term talent pipeline and ensuring consistent recruitment quality across regions.

Reporting & Collaboration

Group HR Director. Works in matrix with local HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers. Operates fully independently with flexibility regarding working hours and location.

 

Scope of Responsibilites
Regions: All global markets. Levels: Professional to senior. Disciplines: commercial, marketing, operations, technical, corporate.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR Business Parters to understand workforce needs and define sourcing strategies for local markets;
  • Identify and attract candidates using proactive sourcing, market mapping, direct search, and employer branding initiatives;
  • Conduct initial screenings, competency based interviews, and support assessment processes;
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring transparency and engagement;
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles;
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, provide regular reports, and recommend improvements.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 5+ years in international recruiting;
  • Skills: Advanced sourcing, closing skills, data-driven thinking, stakeholder management;
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously;
  • Tools: ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Teams;
  • Language: English (additional European languages will be a strong asset).
