We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support managers and subsidiaries across the Ferro Group - a dynamic, multi-country environment with a strong presence in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, as well as a growing footprint across Southeast Europe (including Greece, Serbia and Adriatic markets) and selected regions beyond Europe.
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, driving HR initiatives and supporting leaders in building high-performing, engaged teams across a diverse and internationally distributed organization.


Key responsibilities
  • Acting as a key HR partner for managers and teams across strategic projects and subsidiaries;
  • Driving recruitment, talent development and succession initiatives across multiple countries;
  • Supporting organizational effectiveness and building strong, engaged teams;
  • Implementing Group HR standards, processes and HR projects;
  • Supporting compensation reviews, HR budgeting and people analytics;
  • Providing expert guidance on employee relations and day-to-day HR challenges;
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role (international exposure is a plus);
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and business needs;
  • Experience in working across multiple countries is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Ability to balance operational tasks with a strategic HR mindset;
  • Very good command of English (min. B2);
