The FERRO Group is one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of sanitary, installation and heating fittings with nearly 30 years of experience in the industry on international markets. The Group is among the largest suppliers in the segment of managing the economical consumption of water and ecological heat sources in Central Europe. FERRO operates mainly in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Croatia, Hungary and Lithuania.

As a result of further dynamic development, the FERRO Group will be joined by the TERMET company, which is one of the leading suppliers of comprehensive systems in the segment of modern heat source management on the Polish market, and the TESTER company, which supplies electronic control and automation systems for gas devices.

 

Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are looking for candidates for the position:

Business Development Manager

Place of employment: Skawina

Region: Caucas (Georgia)

Job responsibilities:
  • Cooperating with local customers from Caucasian region markets, developing sales through existing and new customers, providing support for all partners;
  • Identifying current and prospective sales opportunities;
  • Meeting goals with business plan and Ferro Group strategy;
  • Developing long term relations with customers by providing training, product presentations, logistic and technical support;
  • Sharing knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs;
  • Addressing customer satisfaction issues promptly;
  • Staying abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration;
  • Adherence to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws in line with Ferro Group rules;
  • Networking to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
Required skills and experience:
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in sales or technical field of sanitary/plumbing products;
  • Knowledge and experience with local environment, technical aspects, commercial rules;
  • Communicative English (B2) and Russian (B2);
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • Good planning and organisational skills;
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills;
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Presentation skills;
  • Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence and build credibility with customers;
  • MS Office skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint;
  • Driving license (B category);
  • Readiness to take business trips to other Caucasian region countries.
